Shipping Policy

Rising Sun 3D is part of Rising Sun FPV (Rising Solis Pty Ltd). This is the same shipping policy that applies at risingsunfpv.com.au, and it also covers orders made through risingsun3d.com.au.

When your order ships

• Townsville warehouse: Australia Post orders placed before 3pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. The Aramex cut-off is 1pm on weekdays. DHL orders are picked up the next business day.
• Canberra warehouse: orders are dispatched the next business day.
• Orders placed after the cut-off, on a weekend, on a public holiday or on a day we’ve announced we’re closed are dispatched the next business day.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated live at checkout from your order’s weight and delivery address. You’ll see every available option and its price before you pay.

We ship with Australia Post, Aramex, DHL and Rendr.

3D printers ship on separate rates because of their size and weight. Australia Post Standard for a 3D printer starts at $58.85 (3–5 kg) and goes up to $132.00 (15–25 kg).

Printed-on-demand merchandise ships separately from our print partner, from $7.99 within Australia.

Batteries and dangerous goods

Orders containing batteries or other dangerous goods must travel by road, not air. For interstate deliveries this can add 1–2 days to major cities, and longer to rural areas.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us at support@risingsunfpv.com.au with your order number and photos of any damage. We’ll work with the carrier to sort it out, and you’ll receive a repair, replacement or refund as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Optional: Navidium Shipping Protection

You can add Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout. It makes claims for lost, stolen or damaged parcels faster and simpler, with one-click reorders, and replacement orders are covered too. It’s optional: your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply whether or not you add it.

Incorrect addresses and unclaimed parcels

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or it wasn’t collected within the carrier’s timeframe, we charge a $10 return-to-sender fee plus the cost of posting it again.

International orders

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, and every international order ships with tracking. We recommend DHL for international deliveries. Import duties and taxes charged in your country aren’t included in our prices.
